Connecting to the Future

I could use some kind of "cheat-sheet" for all of the different 21st century technology tools and skills we have been exposed to this semester. Has anyone created such a page that lists perhaps the titles, URLs and a brief summary of each? I've taken my high school students to the lab for projects, and it's been easy for them to fall back on creating PowerPoints, but any time I've introduced a new idea, many of them have jumped on it. My courses are U.S. History and Recent International Relations, and there is a built-in rush to "cover the material" in US History, but I also want to ensure that my students have the latest tools and the 21st century skills they will need to be successful once they leave here. The challenge for me is how to integrate the exposure to the tools and the teaching of the skills throughout the course while maintaining the breakneck speed required by the NC Standard Course of Study. Any suggestions?
