I choose two historical points for Raleigh… The governor’s mansion and the election of the first woman governor who now resides in that mansion.

I like the way you captured the excitement of the Purdue election with the recording on her election night, hoarse voice and all. Perhaps a bit more layering would be interesting. The sequencing across the three vocal tracks is good, but the background track is somewhat unclear.
