I am currently involved as co-PI on the Friday Institute's evaluation of the new North Carolina Virtual Public School (NCVPS), and a participant in the evaluation of state Learn and Earn high schools implementing one-to-one computing. I am also working on a digital history resource using primary sources called the Plantation Letters (
http://plantationletters.com), that leverages web 2.0 and other technologies to help students interpret life on antebellum plantations for slaves.
